Nomination deadline is extended to July 31st, 2012. The second Hideyo Noguchi Africa Prize Awarding Ceremony will be held in June 2013. The Prize consists of two categories: Medical Research and Medical Services. For more details about nominations, please read “How to nominate?”
The honorarium (prize money) is one hundred million yen (about 1.2 million dollors) for each category.

Please send by e-mail your nomination form to the following e-mail address  (in either MS Word or PDF format) or send your nomination form by post to the address  according to the category. However, submissions via fax are not accepted. You can also use on-line registration sysytem (closed) instead of sending the nomination form by e-mail or post. If you use on-line registration system, please send attachment papers by e-mail or post separately.
