When a person who has requested the disclosure of an administrative document and corporate document and personal information appeals against the disclosure decision under the Administrative Complaint Investigation Law, the Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Review Board carries out a review and submits a report in response to a query from the head of the government body in question. It then takes action in accordance with Law authorizing the establishment of Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Review Board.
